The Extra Creamy Cheesiest Mac and Cheese...Make this with less sodium, and low fat ingredients. Also, whole wheat pasta. (margarine, 2% low fat evaporated milk, healthy request cheese soup, 2% sharp shredded cheese, Mrs. Dash, and the whole wheat pasta) Maybe I can enjoy it and not die from all the sodium and fat this way!!! LOL!!

  • 1 16oz box pasta (shells, macaroni, bow tie) I used 3/4 or 12 oz for this recipe
  • 4 Tablespoons butter 
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup(10 3/4 oz)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 1-2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste or seasoned salt (like Johnny's)
