Loved the artisan crust! Just mix it up the night before, and then press it out with your hands into the shape you want on a floured counter, then transfer to your cooking thing - I did both a pan with holes and a baking sheet - and finish pressing it out, then assemble the pizza and bake at 500* for 12-15 minutes.
Ingredients:
DOUGH
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • about ¾ cup water
TOPPINGS
  • 3 small yellow onions
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces button mushrooms
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • a handfull fresh parsley (optional)
SAUCE
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
